Organisational Development in Action

About this course

We work with organizations at strategy and operations level, with people and technology, with systems & processes and cultures, to transform the way organizations work, enabling organizations to achieve their vision and goals.

We understand that organisations are complex systems made up of people, processes, procedures and protocols, shaped by its history and future visions, impacted by market place dynamics of supply and demand for its services and products. We understand and respect these complexities, and do not come with ready made solutions. What we bring is a fresh perspective, sense of curiosity and an attitude of inquiry backed by over 20 years of practical experience in working with organisations. By developing a close and trusted partnership with our client, we ask the the generative questions and the probing difficult questions, to create spaces for the organisation themselves to ask the same of themselves and to enable and support them towards their resolution.

We firmly believe that organisations have their own intelligence to find solutions to old problems, to be creative and innovative, to forge new paths, to be more effective and productive. But sometimes this intelligence and knowledge is in scattered places, with individuals and in different corners. This is where we come in. We connect individuals and teams to each other, create spaces to collaborate, share knowledge, exchange ideas, debate and dialogue, generate new solutions and dream new dreams.

Given the complex nature of organisational systems, our interventions are designed in phases. This allows both us and the client organisation to learn, evolve and adapt the initiative based on the outcomes of our actions as we go along.
