I spent an enjoyable weekend with a lovely group of people from Citi Bank Sri Lanka last weekend conducting a self and leadership development program. This is what one group came up with as being essential to be a good team, during a group exercise at the annual retreat of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) when over 220 people got together to get to know each other better and to review their past years progress and plan for the coming year, in April 2010.
